Information System Manager
Job Description
Lead the information systems strategy with NetSuite as the core platform. You will be central to the digital transformation journey, ensuring technology platforms enable operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the company’s ERP ecosystem (NetSuite – OneWorld)
- Define and execute the enterprise systems roadmap
- Ensure system reliability, data integrity, and security
- Oversee integrations with WMS, ZATCA, banking, and courier APIs
- Drive automation initiatives and reduce manual dependency
- Ensure compliance with KSA VAT and audit requirements
- Develop executive dashboards and KPI reporting
- Manage external ERP consultants and vendors
Qualifications
- 5+ years in ERP / enterprise systems management
- Strong NetSuite expertise (configuration, workflows, integrations)
- Experience in distribution, multi-warehouse, or B2B environments
- Strong understanding of finance and supply chain processes
- Experience in regulated environments (VAT, ZATCA compliance)
