Marketing and Events Assistant
Job Description
The Marketing Assistant supports the marketing team by performing various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of marketing execution. They serve as an expert to different meeting types and guidelines related to event management, enhancing the customer experience by providing support to meeting owners and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Comply with company policies related to Meetings and Events
- Work closely with meeting owners in planning events
- Secure pre-requisite requirements like permits and compliance to TLMaP
- Timely registration of meetings using designated technology
- Collaborate with CMS to ensure effective execution of events
- Project management and execution of assigned internal events
- Ensure documentation is uploaded on a timely manner
- Post event tasks including tracking reports and payment processes
- Manage Purchase Requisitions (PR) and vendor payments
- Manage Operating Expense (OpEx) analysis
- Maintain a systematic list of marketing materials
- Responsible for record management
Qualifications
- Preferably at least 2-3 years administrative support, with marketing background
- Preferably with event management experience
