E&I Projects Senior Associate
Job Description
We are looking to recruit an experienced Energy & Infrastructure Senior Associate into our team in the Middle East. The role involves working on all aspects of project delivery with sponsors, lenders or procuring authorities.
Responsibilities
- Risk analysis and due diligence
- Drafting and negotiating concession agreements, EPC, O&M and interface agreements
- Project execution coordination with advisory firms
- Interacting with technical and financial advisers
Qualifications
- 4-7 years PQE at a recognised international law firm
- Proven experience gained in the Middle East
- Strong experience in project development, energy, infrastructure, utilities, or PPP
