Job Description
An enthusiastic Digital Communications Officer to help tell the story of HMRC’s services by creating compelling people-based case stories and content. The role involves shaping digital channels and creating impactful content following GCS guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Create multi-media content for social media platforms
- Advise on appropriate digital strategies and channels
- Support social media listening and evaluation
- Work on digital projects such as newsletters and blogs
- Establish internal social media content planners
Qualifications
- Relevant professional qualification in a communications discipline or equivalent experience
- Experience producing dynamic and engaging digital content
- Experience in a fast-paced large organization
- Experience with social media publishing tools and CMS
