Job Description
Salesforce is looking for a driven and exceptional First-Line Sales Leader to lead a team of Account Executives tasked with developing and growing partnerships across Enterprise customer segments in the UAE.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate a diverse and high-performing sales team
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, and professional development of Account Executives
- Support team in client meetings and lead C-level engagements
- Develop and execute GTM strategy for the team
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in selling and leading high-performing sales teams
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and enterprise applications
- Fluency in English and preferably Arabic languages
