Job Description

M.R.S. Packaging Ltd is seeking an experienced Head of Technical After-Sales to build and lead our service function for commercial kitchen and concession equipment. Key responsibilities: Lead and develop a multi-country team of technicians. Oversee installation, commissioning, maintenance, and breakdown service. Own service processes and KPIs (response time, uptime, satisfaction). Manage spare parts and warranties. Work with Sales and Operations to design AMC packages and drive revenue. Requirements: Degree or strong technical qualification in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics. 8–12+ years in technical service roles, including at least 4–5 years in a manager/head position. Proven experience with commercial kitchen or concession equipment. Leadership of field technicians in the GCC. Exposure to budgets or P&L. Location: Dubai, with GCC travel.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a multi-country team of technicians, overseeing installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and breakdown service for cinema and QSR equipment.
  • Own service processes and KPIs: response time, uptime, first-time fix, customer satisfaction, spare parts management, and warranty handling.
  • Work closely with Sales and Operations to design AMC packages, support key accounts, and drive service revenue while controlling costs and improving profitability.

Qualifications

  • Degree or strong technical qualification in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics or similar
  • 8–12+ years in technical service roles, including at least 4–5 years in a manager/head position.
  • Proven experience with commercial kitchen/catering or concession equipment and leading a team of field/service technicians in the GCC or similar markets.
  • Demonstrated exposure to budgets or P&L for a service department
  • Structured approach to processes/SOPs and comfort working with ERP/service systems.
