Senior Manager, Operations
Job Description
We are building a next-generation procurement marketplace across UAE & KSA. As Senior Manager, Operations, you will be responsible for designing and scaling the end-to-end operational backbone of the B2B marketplace.
Responsibilities
- Build and own end-to-end operational workflows (fulfillment, invoicing, returns)
- Design processes for B2B-specific use cases (RFQs, bulk orders)
- Define and track core operational KPIs (OTIF, fill rates)
- Identify bottlenecks and cost leakages
- Support business strategy with operational insights
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or marketplace businesses
- Experience managing complex order flows (B2B, enterprise, or large-scale ecommerce preferred)
