Job Description

Emirates Talent Solution is hiring a professional and detail-oriented Executive Assistant / Secretary for a well-established signage and outdoor media company in Sharjah. This role requires efficient handling of executive-level administration and office coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate executive calendars, meetings, and daily schedules
  • Prepare, edit, and format presentations, reports, and official documents
  • Maintain structured and confidential filing systems
  • Serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders
  • Arrange travel plans including visa processing and hotel bookings
  • Plan and organize meetings, exhibitions, and corporate events
  • Take minutes and track action items

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field
  • 5–7 years of experience in executive support roles
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in signage or outdoor media sectors preferred
