Job Description
Managing and executing HR operational activities with high accuracy and full compliance with Saudi Labor Law at Syarah.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end onboarding via Qiwa and GOSI
- Handle daily HR operational requests and employee data updates
- Ensure compliance of employee files
- Handle internal complaints and conduct investigations
- Manage termination cases in accordance with law
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or Business Administration
- Proven experience in HR Operations within Saudi Arabia
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and MHRSD platforms (Qiwa, GOSI)
