Job Description
Serve as the embedded finance business partner for Operations, providing financial leadership, strategic insights, and decision support to venue management teams while driving profitability and cost optimization across all entertainment destinations.
Responsibilities
- Own venue P&L performance
- Analyze operational metrics like per capita spend and attendance
- Support budgeting and forecasting
- Drive cost optimization
- Ensure financial controls and cash handling procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or equivalent
- 6–7 years in finance with significant exposure to operations
