Assistant Accountant
Job Description
Nationwide Middle East Properties is looking for a Junior Accountant to join our growing Finance team. Ideal for candidates with a strong academic background eager to launch their career in real estate.
Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices and prepare payments
- Track incoming payments from tenants and buyers
- Manage post-dated cheques for rent and property sales
- Maintain and reconcile the petty cash fund
- Perform daily and weekly bank reconciliations
- Assist in the preparation of VAT returns
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
- Mandatory: Must be a CA Trainee, hold Inter CA certificate, or be part-qualified in ACCA/CMA
- 0 to 2 years of experience
