Continuous Improvement Lead
Job Description
We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Lead to join our Production Department in Susurluk, Balıkesir. The role is responsible for identifying and eliminating losses and waste on the production line.
Responsibilities
- Identifies loss elimination opportunities analyzing daily data
- Ensures sustainability of CI tools on the shop floor
- Investigates root causes of major breakdowns
- Collaborates with Team Leaders to address losses
- Uses MES for data accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in food engineering or related field
- Min intermediate level of English
- Proficient in MS Office
- Relocation to Balıkesir/Bursa area
