Design Coordination Superintendent
Job Description

Qualifications
- A bachelor degree in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum of 10–12 years in Electrical Engineering, with at least 5+ years specifically in Data Center or Mission-Critical infrastructure
- High level of English Language skills
- Advanced use of Sinetz, AFT Fathom, or similar fluid analysis software
- HTRI Software experience is not a must but preferred
- Good knowledge of HVAC calculation software (e.g. Carrier HAP)
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (for MEP design & coordination)
- Mastery of Power System Studies (ETAP, SKM, or DigSILENT)
- Expert knowledge of IEC, IEEE, and NFPA (70/70E/75/76) standards
- Familiarity with Uptime Institute Tier Standard requirements
- Proficiency in Navisworks, AVEVA/SmartPlant
- Knowledge of Dialux for specialized lighting requirements
- Familiarity with standards such as EN 50600, Tier III and IV requirements
- Accredited Tier Designer (ATD) certification from Uptime Institute is preferable
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical system topologies and redundancy concepts
- No restriction to travel and stay abroad when needed
