Job Description
The Payroll Specialist is responsible of Assist Payroll Manager in the areas of payroll management, SAP, and updating and maintaining all Payroll records to ensure all the statutory and non-statutory compliance of the company.
Responsibilities
- Execute policies and procedures pertaining to payroll administration
- Process daily business trips, overtime, and absences in SuccessFactors
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions (salaries and benefits)
- Issue WPS files from SAP and manage off-cycle processes
- Review and send payroll results to finance
- Determine payroll liabilities and apply GOSI rules
- Maintain employees’ leave records and accruals
- Verify and approve timesheets in SuccessFactors
- Protect payroll operations by keeping information confidential
- Assists the payroll manager with year-end reporting
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience in a similar field
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration
