Part Time Sales development representative
Job Description
Role Overview: We’re hiring a part-time SDR to help build a consistent pipeline of qualified ERP opportunities in Saudi Arabia. This is not a spray-and-pray role. Your job is to start relevant conversations with decision-makers who have real ERP pain and book qualified discovery meetings. You are not closing deals. You are not running demos. You are creating leverage for the sales and consulting team.
Responsibilities
- Prospect Saudi Arabia–based startups, SMEs, and mid-sized companies
- Target decision-makers: CEOs, CFOs, Finance Heads, IT Heads
- Execute outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and cold calling
- Qualify prospects based on ERP adoption or replacement intent
- Articulate value around financial visibility and cost control
- Book qualified discovery meetings
- Maintain accurate activity notes in CRM
Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of B2B SDR or outbound lead generation experience
- Comfort with cold outreach (calls + written)
- Experience selling or prospecting into ERP, SaaS, IT services, or enterprise software
- Ability to speak credibly with senior stakeholders
- Experience selling into Saudi Arabia or GCC is a plus
- Arabic language skills are a plus
