Live Your Message is seeking a Content Writer & Community Manager to engage its student community. This remote role involves crafting emails and social posts based on behavioral design, moderating Facebook/Forum groups, and tracking engagement KPIs. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience in online education or community management.
Responsibilities
- Craft engaging emails and posts to inform and excite students
- Tailor content to brand voice and provide personalized support
- Collaborate with teams to develop creative assets
- Track, analyze, and report KPIs on content
- Moderate Facebook and Forum groups
- Manage content calendars and project deliverables
- Attend quarterly student Accelerator Workshops (virtual)
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience as a Content Writer & Community Manager - ideally in online education
