Sales Manager
Job Description
The Sales Manager will play a key role in expanding the company’s payments footprint. This role is responsible for selling a full payments technology stack to middle-market and large enterprise organizations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across Technology and Business to position capabilities, products, services, and solutions effectively with prospects.
Responsibilities
- Act as a consultative payments strategist advising companies on optimal payment structures
- Identify, qualify, and close high potential prospects and partners
- Develop prospect engagement strategies and partner with marketing, BD, and product teams
- Present next generation payment solutions to senior stakeholders
- Prepare high quality presentations and proposals for C-suite executives
- Lead the full sales cycle and drive urgency through clear mutual action plans
- Maintain a structured portfolio of accounts and nurture key relationships
- Provide feedback on local market dynamics including competitor activity and customer needs
Qualifications
- 8+ years of enterprise sales experience within Payments or B2B technology
- Proven track record of high performance and self-generated pipeline
- Established network of prospects and partners within the payments ecosystem
- Strong interest in fintech and payments technology
- Commercially astute with the ability to negotiate complex deal structures
