Job Description
BSH Ev Aletleri is looking for a senior leader to set credit risk policies in Türkiye and the region, protecting receivables while supporting growth.
Responsibilities
- Set credit risk policies and lead the credit team
- Approve partner credit limits and manage collateral tools
- Ensure timely and effective collection of receivables
- Manage non-performing receivables and coordinate legal processes
- Influence senior stakeholders and risk frameworks
Qualifications
- 15+ years in Credit Risk Management expertise
- Deep understanding of market practices
- Strong receivables and risk management expertise
- Ability to lead tough negotiations under pressure
