Complete Home Care-Ohio is looking for a part time PRN Registered Nurse in Medina OH and surrounding areas! Provide in-home direct home health patient care according to the provider’s prescribed plan of care and nursing scope of practice.
Responsibilities
- Provide in-home direct home health patient care
- Assess and document patient's vital conditions
- Perform health assessments in patient’s home and develop care plan
- Administer medication
- Inspect/Assess patient for wounds and infections
- Coordinate with other providers and case managers
Qualifications
- Current unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Ohio
- Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification
- Reliable transportation
- At least one year Home Health experience
