Job Description
Lead, coach and develop the sales team across Gulf countries to maximize sales performance while managing supply/demand for a flawless customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Achieve or surpass sales performance and Brand KPIs
- Lead financial and demand planning cycles
- Manage and develop the in-field team
- Build trusted partnerships with key stakeholders
Qualifications
- Medical bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or Veterinary
- High level of mobility (travel expected ~70%)
- Proven track record as a Sales Manager in biotech/pharma
