Job Description
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager with strong YouTube experience to lead content strategy, channel growth, and performance optimization across social platforms. You will own the YouTube channel strategy, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with creators and marketing teams.

Qualifications
- Proven successful experience operating YouTube channels
- Prior experience working at YouTube or with YouTube internally preferred
- Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms and creator ecosystem
