Sales Executive (FMCG Principal) – Dubai HQ
Job Description
We’re hiring a Sales Executive for a fast-growing FMCG / Food & Beverage principal. This is a hands-on, commercial role for someone who enjoys building markets and growing distribution partnerships. You’ll be based in Dubai HQ with ownership of markets including Kuwait, Jordan and Egypt. What you’ll be doing: Map target customers and generate new leads; Grow sales in existing markets; Build long-term B2B relationships; Support strategic sales planning; Track lead status and manage negotiations; Support partner onboarding and product registration processes; Improve sales reporting and analysis tools; Work with cross-functional teams on go-to-market plans.
Responsibilities
- Map target customers and identify opportunities for new leads
- Grow sales in existing markets in collaboration with distributors
- Build and strengthen long-term B2B relationships
- Support strategic sales planning including forecasts and reviews
- Manage negotiations, renewals, and market visits
- Support partner onboarding and product registration processes
- Improve sales reporting and analysis tools
- Work cross-functionally on go-to-market plans
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in FMCG and/or Food & Beverage sales (branded products)
- Fluent in English and Arabic
