Fleet Management Specialist
Job Description
The Fleet Management Specialist is responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and optimizing the company’s vehicle fleet to ensure operational efficiency, cost control, safety compliance, and maximum vehicle availability.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day fleet operations
- Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and repairs
- Ensure compliance with traffic regulations and safety standards
- Track fuel consumption and mileage
- Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and insurance providers
- Maintain accurate fleet records and documentation
- Investigate and report accidents
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in fleet management or transportation operations
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and fleet cost control
- Experience with fleet management systems and reporting tools
