Coiled Tubing Supervisor
Job Description
We are seeking experienced Coiled Tubing Supervisors for a major oil and gas project in Qatar. The successful candidates will be responsible for supervising coiled tubing operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with company and client standards. This is a rotational assignment starting December 2025.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all aspects of coiled tubing operations on site
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies and operational standards
- Plan and execute well intervention programs
- Oversee equipment preparation, maintenance, and rig-up/rig-down activities
- Monitor job progress and provide technical support
- Maintain accurate job reports and operational logs
- Lead and mentor coiled tubing crews
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in coiled tubing operations, including supervisory roles
- Strong knowledge of coiled tubing equipment, operations, and downhole tools
- Offshore experience is highly desirable
- Valid offshore medical, BOSIET, and other relevant certifications (preferred)
