Senior Manager Financial Reporting
Job Description
Leads the organization’s enterprise reporting and performance analytics function at Al Khalejiah Catering Company. Responsible for preparing and analyzing executive-level operational and financial reports across airport lounge operations and catering services. Ensure leadership receives accurate, timely, and actionable insights. Lead development of executive dashboards. Track key performance indicators (customer volume, service efficiency, revenue). Utilize BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) to visualize data. Conduct profitability analysis for operational locations. Support budgeting and business planning through reporting.
Responsibilities
- Lead development of executive dashboards and management reports
- Prepare performance reports covering operational activities
- Present performance analysis to CEO, CFO, and COO
- Monitor and analyze operational performance across locations
- Utilize BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) for data visualization
- Conduct profitability analysis for operational locations
- Establish and maintain standardized reporting frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate data
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or related field
- ACCA, CMA, CA, or CIMA preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in reporting, financial analysis, or BI
