Job Description

This role combines front-line customer support with strong administrative coordination to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and timely resolution of customer inquiries across the MENA region.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and WhatsApp
  • Resolve complaints and service issues with clear follow-through
  • Track and manage customer requests in CRM systems
  • Maintain accurate customer records and case notes
  • Coordinate appointments and manage team calendars
  • Support internal workflows including filing and digital archiving
  • Assist with invoice queries and basic finance coordination
  • Generate weekly/monthly customer service summaries
  • Liaise with logistics teams to track deliveries

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service or administrative support
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, especially Excel
  • Fluent Arabic and basic English
