Customer Service Representative – Administrative
Job Description
This role combines front-line customer support with strong administrative coordination to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and timely resolution of customer inquiries across the MENA region.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and WhatsApp
- Resolve complaints and service issues with clear follow-through
- Track and manage customer requests in CRM systems
- Maintain accurate customer records and case notes
- Coordinate appointments and manage team calendars
- Support internal workflows including filing and digital archiving
- Assist with invoice queries and basic finance coordination
- Generate weekly/monthly customer service summaries
- Liaise with logistics teams to track deliveries
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service or administrative support
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, especially Excel
- Fluent Arabic and basic English
