Professional Services Engineer
Job Description
The Professional Services Engineer (PSE) delivers Kaspersky professional services to corporate customers in the META region. Services include Deployment & Configuration, Upgrade & Maintenance, Health Checks & knowledge transfer. PSEs deep dive into technical issues, manage crisis response, and lead incident prevention efforts.
Responsibilities
- Performs deployments & configuration of complex Kaspersky solutions
- Performs health checks, configurations, and optimization projects
- Document all aspects of the service engagement
- Reporting of project status to customers and management
- Maintain technical documents and Visios
- Manage and drive satisfactory resolution of customers’ technical support issues
- Analyze customer business requirements for hardware and software recommendations
Qualifications
- Completed degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or Computer Science
- 7+ years of experience in the IT industry; 4+ years of experience in information security
- Professional-level communication skills
- Excellent English
