Showroom Supervisor
Job Description
Showroom supervisor oversees daily showroom operations, manages staff, ensures excellent customer service, maintains inventory and drives sales and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Participate with the sales team in generating sales through high-selling techniques
- Ensure consistency in customer service delivered and handle all complaints
- Maintaining an excellent level of product knowledge
- Manages all checkout functions by processing sales transactions and refunds
- Monitoring cash drawer amounts, and maintaining the checkout area
- Oversees coverage of registers and store supply usage and performs opening procedures
- Monitoring sales staff daily and weekly checklists
- Conduct regular and hands-on training of the sales staff
- Conduct regular spot checks on pricing and signage
- Oversee showroom inventory to avoid any out-of-stock situation
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising housekeeping in terms of cleanliness, display, lighting and stock rotation
- Prepare a schedule to ensure full coverage of the shop floor and maintain grooming standards of the staff
- Support the showroom manager in handling the team and other responsibilities
- Handle the daily reports (sales, inventory, CSI, NPS)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum 4 years retail sales experience
