Job Description
Syarah is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Care Agent to join our growing team in Amman. You will be responsible for handling inquiries and resolving issues to build strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate information about cars, services, and website
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently
- Maintain records of customer interactions
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure satisfaction
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma (preferred)
- Previous experience in customer service or call center is a plus
