Customer Relations Representative
Job Description
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Customer Relations Representative (CRR) to be the first point of contact for members and visitors. This role plays a key part in delivering an exceptional front-desk experience while supporting daily operations and ensuring service quality across the location.
Responsibilities
- Welcome members and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage reception duties including check-ins, inquiries, phone calls, and emails
- Assist members with booking meeting rooms and navigating workspace services
- Support onboarding processes including access cards and registration
- Respond to member requests and coordinate with maintenance, IT, and cleaning teams
- Collect and document member feedback
- Conduct daily inspections of common areas and meeting rooms
- Support event setups, pantry organization, and office supply management
- Process booking entries, visitor logs, and meeting room schedules
- Support billing inquiries and payment follow-ups
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Hospitality, or related field
- 1–3 years of customer-facing experience in hospitality, coworking, retail, or service environments
