Job Description
The Customer Service Executive manages all non–face-to-face customer enquiries received through phone and digital platforms and converts them into business outputs, while supporting talent acquisition and administration.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries via phone and digital platforms
- Convert enquiries into qualified leads and confirmed bookings
- Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain recruitment trackers
- Support HR with recruitment-related administration
- Provide administrative support for Head Office operations
- Maintain digital and physical records
