Associate Director of Sales
Job Description
Four Seasons Resort Kuwait is seeking an Associate Director of Sales to uncover, prospect, and sell group and individual business in accordance with marketing objectives. The role requires a leadership background in luxury hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Uncover, prospect and sell group and individual business
- Ensure sales activities are focused and coordinated with transient demand
- Maximize sales in all hotel revenue areas
- Implement and support all FS sales and marketing MOS
- Recruit, select and familiarize sales department personnel
- Direct sales activities to achieve budgeted goals
- Monitor and identify business trends to ensure profitable sales
- Negotiate and confirm sales
- Coordinate special sales activities, promotions, sales trips, and trade shows
- Oversee department activities to ensure customer satisfaction and hotel profitability
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years in a similar leadership role within a five-star luxury hotel in the Middle East
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
