Professional, BI Data Engineer
Job Description
The Business Intelligence Professional is an experienced professional working with data (analyzing, modeling, extracting, and automating). They will use Business Intelligence tools to extract, transform, and load data sets for use by both client and internally focused Business Intelligence & Insights dashboards and reports.
Responsibilities
- Extract, transform, and load data sets for use by dashboards and reports
- Partner with customers to design solutions that meet their needs
- Proactively monitor production of Business Intelligence & Insights solutions
- Resolve issues on time
- Handle multiple concurrent tasks and prioritize timelines on deliverables
Qualifications
- Must have at least 3 years' experience working on Business Intelligence development
- Proven track record in writing SQL queries
- Strong understanding of relational databases
- Experience in automation using languages such as .NET, C#, Python, etc.
- Experience working with stakeholders on Business Intelligence requests
- Preferably to have experience working in a contact centre environment for at least 2 years
