Job Description
You will be responsible for providing high-level technical support to customers, managing after-sales service cases, handling complaints, and contributing to the continuous improvement of products.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical support to customers
- Manage after-sales service cases (scheduling visits, writing reports)
- Handle customer complaints with responsiveness
- Provide technical support to the sales department
- Participate in commercial prospecting
- Collaborate with internal departments to improve quality
Qualifications
- Education: Technician or Engineer
- Minimum 3 years in a nursery, vegetable production, or sales role
- Driver's License (Class B) Required
