Job Description
Crossing Hurdles is seeking an English Language Audio Model Trainer. This role involves evaluating short videos and recording audio clips describing visual content to help train AI models. It is a part-time contract role with flexible hours.
Responsibilities
- View and evaluate short videos based on defined preference criteria
- Record short audio clips describing visual content
- Ensure recordings meet quality standards with clear speech
- Follow linguistic, timing, and stylistic guidelines precisely
- Collaborate asynchronously with research and QA teams
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and clear English enunciation
- Native or near-native fluency in English
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfort working independently on repetitive tasks
- Experience with voice recording or data annotation is a plus
