Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Passenger Service Agent responsible for ensuring a seamless and positive travel experience for our passengers. This role involves overseeing all aspects of passenger processing at the airport, from check-in and boarding to baggage handling and security protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct passenger check-ins within specified timeframes
  • Ensure check-in counters are operational
  • Follow procedures for boarding, accommodating special needs passengers
  • Announce flight-related information promptly
  • Handle baggage check-in and transfer procedures
  • Record and process baggage claims (loss, delay, damage)
  • Manage delayed flights by assisting passengers
