We are looking for a dedicated Passenger Service Agent responsible for ensuring a seamless and positive travel experience for our passengers. This role involves overseeing all aspects of passenger processing at the airport, from check-in and boarding to baggage handling and security protocols.
Responsibilities
- Conduct passenger check-ins within specified timeframes
- Ensure check-in counters are operational
- Follow procedures for boarding, accommodating special needs passengers
- Announce flight-related information promptly
- Handle baggage check-in and transfer procedures
- Record and process baggage claims (loss, delay, damage)
- Manage delayed flights by assisting passengers
