Job Description
Prepare, validate, and deliver accurate MIS reports and dashboards on operational KPIs. Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends and root causes impacting performance.
Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate MIS reports and dashboards daily/weekly/monthly
- Perform VOC (Voice of Customer) analysis
- Conduct statistical analysis for root causes
- Support MIS automation initiatives
- Ensure data integrity and consistency
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2–4 years of experience in an MIS or reporting role
