Senior Technical Recruiter
Job Description
We are looking for a proactive Technical Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment for technical positions including ISP/OSP engineers, Civil site staff, and NOC Engineers.
Responsibilities
- Understand job requirements for technical roles
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
- Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 2–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in Telecom/ISP/OSP/Civil engineering
