Job Description
Crossing Hurdles is hiring a Production Supervisor for a manufacturing-focused AI training project. This is a remote, hourly contract role requiring 20–40 hours per week. The role involves creating realistic production supervision scenarios and evaluating AI-generated responses for industry accuracy. Responsibilities include writing tasks involving team leadership, workflow coordination, quality control, and safety compliance. You will develop scenarios for scheduling, training, performance management, and troubleshooting, while providing feedback to improve AI models for production management use cases.
Responsibilities
- Write realistic tasks and scenarios based on real-world production supervision in manufacturing environments
- Create situations involving team leadership, workflow coordination, quality control, and safety compliance
- Develop scenarios covering scheduling, training, performance management, and production troubleshooting
- Review and evaluate AI-generated responses to manufacturing supervision queries for accuracy and industry standards
- Provide detailed, structured feedback to improve AI training for production management use cases
Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional experience as a first-line supervisor of production and operating workers in manufacturing
- Demonstrated professional recognition and people-management responsibilities
- Proficiency with computers and common manufacturing or operations software systems
- Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and clarity
- Ability to pass a video interview, background check, training, and qualification assessment
