Assistant Regional Sales Manager
Job Description
The Assistant Regional Sales Manager (Precious Metals) supports the development and execution of strategies to drive growth and profitability in the trading sector. This role building and maintaining client relationships, expanding existing business with current clients and coordinating with internal teams to enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Support the Sales team in managing the existing client portfolio based in the HQ
- Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries
- Provide quotes and close deals with clients in UAE, the Middle East, Europe, the UK, and India
- Understand and promote the current product/service offerings to increase client wallet share
- Coordinate with internal departments and respond to customer queries promptly
- Maintain and analyze client databases and analytics
- Regularly meet with existing clients to address their needs
- Measure performance through KPIs, focusing on client volume and profitability
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business development, sales, economics or a related field
- Minimum 5 to 7+ years of proven experience in business development or sales within the precious metals sector
- Minimum 5 years of experience within UAE and other global markets/regions
