Project Facilities Senior Specialist
Job Description
The Main Purpose of the job is to supervise and follow up on required mobilization for sites, including installing caravans and providing water and electricity sources. The role involves high-level coordination for employee accommodation, transportation, and onsite services like catering and waste disposal. The specialist also manages maintenance requests, asset control across multiple locations, and ensures safety and quality standards are met in accordance with Company Health, Safety, and Environment Management System Requirements.
Responsibilities
- Supervise mobilization for the site including install caravans and sources
- Co-ordinate with other departments for equipment and tools
- Arranging Accommodation for onsite Employees with safety and quality
- Arranging for transportation of Employees
- Controlling buffet material and cleaning tools
- Supervising housekeeping in the site
- Manage Maintenance and Replacement requests of office equipment
- Asset control of all site operations assets
- Events and meetings organizing
- Liaising and Coordinating with HQ and sites
- Order and operate all furniture requests
- Manage and maintain filing system
- Control keys and locks changes
- Provide Facilities services including catering and waste disposal
- Manage seating plans and office space efficiency
- Handling calibration certificates for tools
- Follow-up all PRs, FARs, ERs, MRVs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline
- Business Administration
- Report writing and business and technical correspondence
- Related Field Experience: +5 years
- Overall Experience: +5 years
