Job Description

Responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and document control support to the Finance function, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Finance Department
  • Maintain organized records and electronic filing systems
  • Track submission and circulation of finance documents
  • Liaise with banks, auditors, and consultants
  • Maintain logs for bank guarantees and contracts

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or Accounting
  • Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Experience in the GCC region preferred
