Job Description
Design and execute tailored change management strategies for complex transformation programmes. Lead change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement planning, and readiness evaluations.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute tailored change management strategies.
- Lead change impact assessments and stakeholder engagement planning.
- Develop and deliver change interventions (communications, training, coaching).
- Integrate change management into agile delivery frameworks.
- Facilitate workshops and change events.
- Monitor and report on change adoption using performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with governance standards and agile principles.
- Partner with HR and Communications for consistent messaging.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in leading change management for large-scale transformation programmes.
- Certification in Change Management (e.g., APMG, Prosci, CMI).
- Agile certification (e.g., SAFe Agilist, Scrum Master, AgilePM) preferred.
