Job Description

Responsible for managing integrated logistics and purchasing activities, including processing Purchase Orders, converting them into Sales Orders, scheduling and monitoring deliveries, and handling vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Process, verify, and input Purchase Orders
  • Convert Purchase Orders into Sales Orders
  • Plan and schedule deliveries based on stock
  • Coordinate with shipping vendors
  • Maintain vendor master data in Oracle system
  • Source and evaluate suppliers for goods and services
  • Negotiate pricing and quality with vendors

Qualifications

  • Only for Saudi Nationals
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Accounting, or Industrial Engineering
