Purchasing Logistics Admin Staff (Saudi Nationals Only)
Job Description
Responsible for managing integrated logistics and purchasing activities, including processing Purchase Orders, converting them into Sales Orders, scheduling and monitoring deliveries, and handling vendor relationships.
Responsibilities
- Process, verify, and input Purchase Orders
- Convert Purchase Orders into Sales Orders
- Plan and schedule deliveries based on stock
- Coordinate with shipping vendors
- Maintain vendor master data in Oracle system
- Source and evaluate suppliers for goods and services
- Negotiate pricing and quality with vendors
Qualifications
- Only for Saudi Nationals
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Accounting, or Industrial Engineering
