Job Description
We are looking for a Senior IT Specialist to take ownership of our IT operations and endpoint management environment. This role will be instrumental in managing, improving, and scaling our device management, collaboration tools, and core IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support Google Workspace and Slack
- Support and troubleshoot network-related issues
- Roll out, manage, and maintain an endpoint management / RMM solution
- Oversee patch management, OS updates, and software deployments
- Document processes, configurations, and standards
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of hands-on IT experience
- Strong experience administering Google Workspace and Slack
- Working/intermediate knowledge of networking fundamentals
- Experience rolling out or managing an RMM or endpoint management solution
