Multi-Property Director of Food & Beverage
Job Description
Functions as the strategic business leader of the property’s food and beverage/culinary operation, including Restaurants/Bars, Room Service and Banquets/Catering. Oversees development and implementation of departmental strategies and ensures implementation of the brand service strategy.
Responsibilities
- Sets expectations and holds F&B leadership team accountable
- Reviews financial reports and performance against budget
- Makes recommendations for CAPEX funding
- Develops and manages Food and Beverage budget
- Monitors actual and projected sales
- Ensures cash and liquor control policies are followed
- Leads, influences, and encourages team members
- Hires F&B leadership team members
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; 6 years experience in food and beverage/culinary
- OR 2-year degree in Hospitality/F&B Management; 4 years experience
