Job Description

The Cybersecurity Account Manager will manage and grow assigned customer accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, driving upsell initiatives, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients in the Defence, Enterprise, and Healthcare sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow assigned customer accounts
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
  • Drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations
  • Coordinate with Presales, Technical, and Delivery teams
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain accurate pipeline updates in CRM
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Handle contract renewals and pricing discussions

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years in account management, sales, or business development in Cybersecurity services
  • Experience within Defence, Enterprise, BFSI, Semi-Government, or Healthcare sectors
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, Marketing, IT, etc.)
  • Preferred: Degree in Computer Science, IT, or Cybersecurity
