Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Real Estate Sales Agent with a minimum of three years of real estate sales experience in Qatar. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and negotiation abilities, a client-centric mindset, and a proven capability to successfully close sales and rental transactions.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads and develop a strong client portfolio within the Qatar market
- Conduct property viewings and present detailed, accurate information to prospective clients
- Advise clients on market conditions, property values, and available financing options
- Negotiate terms and successfully close sales and leasing deals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve individual and team sales targets
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of proven real estate sales experience in Qatar
- Demonstrated success in sales performance and client relationship management
