Are you an experienced 'head of' driving organisational development and talent management strategies? This role focuses on leadership development, succession planning, and employee engagement to enhance organisational effectiveness within a leading organisation committed to excellence and innovation in human capital management.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement talent management strategies aligned with organisational goals
- Lead organisational development initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Define long-term talent strategies, including succession planning and building talent pipelines
- Serve as a subject matter expert on OD and talent management programmes
- Evaluate and enhance policies related to talent management and career progression
- Oversee employee engagement programmes and gender equality initiatives
- Provide coaching and guidance to HR teams and business leaders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Organisational Development, or related field
- Professional certifications in OD, Talent Management, SHRM-SCP, or CIPD preferred
- 8-10 years of experience in talent management and organisational development
- At least 5 years in a leadership role
