Hotel Manager for luxury hotel UAE
Job Description
The Hotel Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and strategic direction of a 200 rooms luxury hotel in Dubai with state-of-the-art facilities, fine dining restaurants, and Spa. Individual will oversee all operational, commercial, and guest-experience aspects.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on leadership across all hotel departments
- Lead and mentor department heads
- Drive the hotel’s overall commercial strategy
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Management
- Prepare, manage, and deliver annual budgets
- Engage with VIP guests and stakeholders
- Build relationships with owners and corporate offices
Qualifications
- Experience in luxury hotels in Europe is mandatory
- Extensive senior management experience in luxury hotel operations
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
